Shoot Auto.
Terms of Use
Last updated November 1, 2026
1. Who we are
Shoot Auto is made by Keep It Reel (Carlos, based in Washington State, USA). "We" and "us" mean Keep It Reel. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Shoot Auto. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
- You go by a username. Pick one that isn't offensive and doesn't pretend to be someone else.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- You can delete your account any time in the app (Garage › Account › Delete account).
3. What you post
You keep ownership of the photos and spots you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show, resize, and share them inside Shoot Auto and on its share pages and social accounts, for as long as they're on the app. Approved spots are part of the shared map, so they stay on it even if you delete your account (without your name on them).
Only post what you have the right to post: your own photos, of your own car or with permission.
4. Not allowed
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Don't post or do any of this:
- Nudity, sexual content, hate, harassment, threats, or graphic violence
- Photos without a car in them, or photos that aren't yours
- Fake, duplicate, or deliberately wrong spot locations, or anything meant to game Street Cred, rankings, keys, or Founder status
- Other people's faces or license plates you don't have permission to show (the app's privacy blur helps)
- Spots that require trespassing, breaking in, or ignoring posted rules
- Street racing, stunts on public roads, or anything that puts people in danger
- Spam, ads, or links that aren't yours
Report anything that breaks these rules from the spot or photo in the app. We review reports, usually within 24 hours, and remove content and ban accounts that break them. You can also block any user.
5. Enforcement and appeals
We can hide or remove content, take away Street Cred, accolades, keys, rankings, or Founder status earned by breaking these rules, and suspend or delete accounts. If you think we got it wrong, email us (below) and we'll take another look.
6. Stay safe out there
Spots are added by other drivers. We review them, but we can't check every place in person. Conditions change. Before you shoot anywhere: obey traffic laws, park legally, respect private property and posted signs, leave if you're asked to, and never use the app while driving. You're responsible for where you go and what you do there.
7. Street Cred, accolades, keys, and Plus
Street Cred, accolades, rankings, keys, and Founder status are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and we may adjust the rules or fix mistakes. Any paid features (such as Plus or Garage Expansion) are sold through Apple's App Store and follow Apple's terms for billing, renewal, and refunds. You can cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings.
8. Copyright
If you believe something on Shoot Auto infringes your copyright, email us with: what the work is, where it appears in the app, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized. We'll remove it and may close repeat infringers' accounts.
9. No warranties
Shoot Auto is provided "as is." We don't promise that spots are accurate, open, legal to use, or safe at any given time, or that the app will always be available or error-free. Light, weather, and drive-time information are estimates.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at a spot, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $50 if you haven't paid anything).
11. Apple
These terms are between you and Keep It Reel, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and isn't liable for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them. You also agree to Apple's Media Services Terms.
12. Ending things
You can stop using Shoot Auto and delete your account any time. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Sections 3 (license for approved spots), 7, 9, 10, and 13 continue after that.
13. Changes and the law
We may update these terms. If the change is important, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, and disputes go to the courts in King County, Washington.
